Instructions for Use

1. Handling:

   • Handle the resistor with care to avoid physical damage.
   • Avoid touching the resistor body directly to prevent contamination.

2. Mounting:

   • Ensure the PCB is clean and free from debris before mounting.
   • Place the resistor on the PCB according to the design layout.
   • Solder the leads to the PCB pads using a temperature-controlled soldering iron.
   • Ensure the solder joints are smooth and free of cold solder joints or bridges.

3. Soldering:

   • Use a soldering iron with a temperature setting between 300°C to 350°C.
   • Apply a small amount of flux to the PCB pads if necessary.
   • Solder each lead for no more than 3 seconds to avoid overheating the resistor.
   • Allow the solder joints to cool naturally without disturbing them.

4. Inspection:

   • Visually inspect the solder joints for proper wetting and absence of defects.
   • Use a multimeter to verify the resistance value and ensure it falls within the specified tolerance.

5. Storage:

   • Store the resistors in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
   • Keep the resistors in their original packaging until ready for use to protect them from moisture and static.

6. Disposal:

   • Dispose of any defective or unused resistors in accordance with local environmental regulations.
