Instructions for Use:

  1. Supply Voltage (VCC):

    • The IRS4427 can operate with a supply voltage ranging from 10V to 25V. Ensure the supply voltage is within this range to avoid damage to the device.
  2. Logic Input Levels:

    • The logic input high voltage (VIH) should be between 3.5V and 5.5V.
    • The logic input low voltage (VIL) should be between 0V and 1.5V.
  3. Output Voltage Levels:

    • When the output is high, the voltage (VOH) will be approximately 14.5V when VCC is 15V and the load current (IOL) is 1 mA.
    • When the output is low, the voltage (VOL) will be approximately 0.5V when VCC is 15V and the load current (IOH) is 1 mA.
  4. Propagation Delay:

    • The propagation delay time from high to low (tdHL) and from low to high (tdLH) is typically 80 nanoseconds when VCC is 15V and the load current is 10 mA.
  5. Temperature Considerations:

    • The maximum operating junction temperature (TJ(max)) is 150°C. Ensure that the device does not exceed this temperature during operation.
    • The storage temperature range (TSTG) is from -65°C to 150°C. Store the device within this range to prevent damage.
  6. Handling and Storage:

    • Handle the IRS4427 with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the device.
    • Store the device in a dry, cool place within the specified temperature range.
  7. Mounting and Soldering:

    • Follow recommended soldering profiles to ensure proper mounting without damaging the device.
    • Avoid excessive heat during soldering, as it can exceed the maximum operating junction temperature.

By following these instructions, you can ensure reliable and safe operation of the IRS4427.
