Instructions for Using the IR2111PBF
Supply Voltage (Vcc):
- Ensure that the supply voltage is within the range of 10V to 20V. The under-voltage lockout (UVLO) will disable the driver if the supply voltage drops below 8.5V to 9.5V.
Input Logic Levels:
- The input high level (Vih) should be between 2.0V and 5.5V.
- The input low level (Vil) should be between 0.8V and 2.0V.
Output Current:
- The peak output current (Iout) from the high-side and low-side drivers can be up to 4A, with a typical value of 2A.
Propagation Delay:
- The propagation delay (td) is the time it takes for the output to respond to an input change, typically ranging from 60ns to 120ns.
Dead Time:
- To prevent shoot-through, ensure a dead time (tdead) of at least 100ns to 150ns between the turn-off of one output and the turn-on of the other.
Temperature Considerations:
- The operating temperature range (Top) is from -40°C to 125°C.
