Instructions for Use
Power Supply:
- Connect VCC to the supply voltage within the range of 1.7V to 3.6V.
- Connect VSS to ground.
Communication:
- Use the SPI interface to communicate with the device.
- Ensure that the SCK (Serial Clock) signal is within the specified frequency range.
- The SI (Serial Input) pin receives data from the master device.
- The SO (Serial Output) pin transmits data to the master device.
- The CS (Chip Select) pin must be pulled low to select the device for communication.
Write Protection:
- The WP (Write Protect) pin can be used to prevent accidental writes to the memory. Pull it high to enable write protection.
Hold Function:
- The HOLD pin can be used to pause ongoing operations. Pull it low to activate the hold function.
Programming:
- Refer to the device datasheet for specific command sequences and timing diagrams for read, write, and erase operations.
Temperature Considerations:
- Ensure that the operating temperature remains within the range of -40°C to 85°C to maintain reliable operation.
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the component.
- Follow proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions during handling and installation.
