Instructions for Use:

  1. Supply Voltage (VCC):

    • Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 10V to 20V to avoid damage to the device.
  2. Bootstrap Supply Voltage (VBOOT):

    • The bootstrap supply voltage should be between 9.5V and 20V to ensure proper operation of the high-side driver.
  3. Gate Drive Output:

  4. Input Threshold (VTH):

  5. Propagation Delay Time (td):

    • The propagation delay time is typically 60ns and can go up to 90ns. This should be considered in timing-sensitive applications.
  6. Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO):

    • The device will shut down if the supply voltage drops below 9.5V or rises above 10.5V to protect the circuit.
  7. Operating Temperature (TJ):

    • The maximum operating temperature is 150°C. Ensure adequate heat dissipation to prevent overheating.
  8. Storage Temperature (TSTG):
