Instructions for Use:

1. Supply Voltage (V_CC):

   • Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 10V to 20V to avoid damage to the device.

2. Bootstrap Supply Voltage (V_BOOT):

   • The bootstrap supply voltage should be between 9.5V and 20V to ensure proper operation of the high-side driver.

3. Gate Drive Output:

   • The high-side gate drive output (V_OH) should be at least 16V when V_CC is 20V.
   • The low-side gate drive output (V_OL) should be no more than 1.5V when V_CC is 20V.

4. Input Threshold (V_TH):

   • The input threshold is between 1.5V and 2.5V. Ensure the input signal is above this range for reliable operation.

5. Propagation Delay Time (t_d):

   • The propagation delay time is typically 60ns and can go up to 90ns. This should be considered in timing-sensitive applications.

6. Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO):

   • The device will shut down if the supply voltage drops below 9.5V or rises above 10.5V to protect the circuit.

7. Operating Temperature (T_J):

   • The maximum operating temperature is 150°C. Ensure adequate heat dissipation to prevent overheating.

8. Storage Temperature (T_STG):

   • Store the device in an environment where the temperature ranges from -65°C to 150°C to avoid damage.
