Instructions for Use:
Supply Voltage (VCC):
- Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 10V to 20V to avoid damage to the device.
Bootstrap Supply Voltage (VBOOT):
- The bootstrap supply voltage should be between 9.5V and 20V to ensure proper operation of the high-side driver.
Gate Drive Output:
- The high-side gate drive output (VOH) should be at least 16V when VCC is 20V.
- The low-side gate drive output (VOL) should be no more than 1.5V when VCC is 20V.
Input Threshold (VTH):
- The input threshold is between 1.5V and 2.5V. Ensure the input signal is above this range for reliable operation.
Propagation Delay Time (td):
- The propagation delay time is typically 60ns and can go up to 90ns. This should be considered in timing-sensitive applications.
Undervoltage Lockout (UVLO):
- The device will shut down if the supply voltage drops below 9.5V or rises above 10.5V to protect the circuit.
Operating Temperature (TJ):
- The maximum operating temperature is 150°C. Ensure adequate heat dissipation to prevent overheating.
Storage Temperature (TSTG):
