Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure that the supply voltage (VCC) is within the specified range of 10V to 20V.
- Connect the VCC pin to a stable power source.
Logic Inputs:
- Apply logic high levels (VIH) between 2.0V and 5.5V.
- Apply logic low levels (VIL) between 0.8V and 1.5V.
Driver Outputs:
- The high-side driver output (VOH) should be between 14V and 16V when VCC is 15V and the current is 20mA.
- The high-side driver output (VOL) should be between 0.5V and 1.5V when VCC is 15V and the current is 100mA.
- The low-side driver output (VOH) should be between 14V and 16V when VCC is 15V and the current is 20mA.
- The low-side driver output (VOL) should be between 0.5V and 1.5V when VCC is 15V and the current is 100mA.
Propagation Delay:
- The propagation delay time (td) should be between 50ns and 100ns under typical operating conditions.
Maximum Operating Frequency:
- The maximum operating frequency (fMAX) is 500kHz with a gate resistance (RG) of 10Ω.
Thermal Management:
- Monitor the thermal shutdown threshold (TSD) to ensure it does not exceed 170°C.
