Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure that the supply voltage (VCC) is within the specified range of 10V to 20V.
    • Connect the VCC pin to a stable power source.
  2. Logic Inputs:

    • Apply logic high levels (VIH) between 2.0V and 5.5V.
    • Apply logic low levels (VIL) between 0.8V and 1.5V.
  3. Driver Outputs:

    • The high-side driver output (VOH) should be between 14V and 16V when VCC is 15V and the current is 20mA.
    • The high-side driver output (VOL) should be between 0.5V and 1.5V when VCC is 15V and the current is 100mA.
    • The low-side driver output (VOH) should be between 14V and 16V when VCC is 15V and the current is 20mA.
    • The low-side driver output (VOL) should be between 0.5V and 1.5V when VCC is 15V and the current is 100mA.
  4. Propagation Delay:

    • The propagation delay time (td) should be between 50ns and 100ns under typical operating conditions.
  5. Maximum Operating Frequency:

    • The maximum operating frequency (fMAX) is 500kHz with a gate resistance (RG) of 10Ω.
  6. Thermal Management:

    • Monitor the thermal shutdown threshold (TSD) to ensure it does not exceed 170°C.
    • Ensure proper heat dissipation to prevent overheating.
  7. Storage:

    • Store the device in an environment with a temperature range of -40°C to 150°C.
  8. Handling:
