Instructions for Use:
Forward Current (IF):
- Ensure the forward current does not exceed 40 mA continuously.
- For pulse applications, do not exceed 100 mA with a pulse width ≤ 1 ms and a duty cycle ≤ 2%.
Reverse Voltage (VR):
- The maximum reverse voltage should not exceed 5 V.
Forward Voltage (VF):
- Measure the forward voltage at a current of 20 mA. Typical values range from 1.2 to 1.5 V.
Reverse Current (IR):
- Ensure the reverse current does not exceed 100 nA when the reverse voltage is 5 V.
Temperature:
- Store the device within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
- Operate the device within the same temperature range (-40°C to 85°C).
Wavelength (λ):
- The emitted light wavelength is between 630 nm and 650 nm at a forward current of 20 mA.
Viewing Angle (θ):
- The typical viewing angle is 20° to 30°.
Handling and Storage:
- Avoid exposing the device to excessive humidity and direct sunlight.
- Handle with care to avoid mechanical damage.
- Store in a dry, cool place away from corrosive substances.
Mounting:
- Ensure proper soldering techniques to avoid overheating.
- Use a heat sink if necessary to manage thermal dissipation.
Testing:
- Use appropriate test equipment to measure parameters accurately.
- Follow safety guidelines to prevent electrical shock or damage to the device.
