Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the specified range (2.0V to 6.0V).
- Connect the ground (GND) pin to a stable 0V reference.
Input Signals:
- Input signals should be within the valid input voltage range.
- For VCC = 4.5V to 5.5V, VIL should be ≤ 1.5V and VIH should be ≥ 3.5V.
Output Signals:
- When driving loads, ensure the output current does not exceed the maximum ratings.
- For VCC = 4.5V to 5.5V, VOL should be ≤ 0.2V at 4mA and VOH should be ≥ 4.8V at -0.4mA.
Propagation Delay:
- The propagation delay time (tpd) is typically 9ns at VCC = 5V and TA = 25°C.
Temperature Considerations:
- Operate the device within the specified temperature range (-40°C to 85°C).
- Store the device in a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
Handling:
