Instructions for Use:

1. Handling:

   • Handle with care to avoid physical damage.
   • Avoid exposing the resistor to excessive moisture or corrosive environments.

2. Soldering:

   • Preheat the board to 70°C to 90°C before soldering.
   • Use a soldering iron with a temperature setting between 320°C and 350°C.
   • Apply solder to the pads and the resistor leads simultaneously.
   • Ensure the solder joint is smooth and free of voids.
   • Allow the solder to cool naturally without moving the component.

3. Mounting:

   • Place the resistor on the PCB according to the silkscreen markings.
   • Ensure the resistor is aligned correctly and sits flat on the board.
   • If using automated placement equipment, ensure the machine settings are appropriate for the 0805 package size.

4. Testing:

   • After soldering, use a multimeter to verify the resistance value.
   • Check for any short circuits or open circuits.
   • Ensure the resistor is within the specified tolerance range.

5. Storage:

   • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
   • Keep in original packaging until ready for use to prevent static damage.
   • Use within the recommended shelf life to ensure optimal performance.
