1. Power Supply:

   • The quiescent current should be maintained at 1.5A.

2. Frequency Operation:

   • The device is designed to operate within the frequency range of 800 to 1200 MHz.

3. Thermal Management:

   • The thermal resistance from junction to case (θJC) is 0.2°C/W. Proper heat sinking is essential to maintain the operating temperature within the specified range (-40 to +85°C).

4. Environmental Conditions:

   • Store the device in a temperature range of -55 to +150°C.
   • Ensure the operating environment does not exceed the specified operating temperature range.

5. Mounting:

   • Use the flange mount package type for installation.
   • Ensure the mounting surface is flat and clean to maximize thermal conductivity.

6. Handling:

   • Handle with care to avoid mechanical damage.
   • Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions to prevent damage to the device.

7. Performance Monitoring:

   • Regularly monitor the output power and efficiency to ensure optimal performance.
   • Check the drain efficiency, which should be around 55%.

8. Safety:
