Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
- The power dissipation should not exceed 600mW at 25°C ambient temperature.
Output Current:
- The continuous output current per pin should not exceed 100mA.
- For short pulses, the peak output current can be up to 150mA.
Temperature:
- The operating temperature range is from -40°C to 85°C.
- The storage temperature range is from -55°C to 150°C.
Quiescent Current:
- The quiescent current should be kept below 0.1mA when no load is connected.
Output Voltage Drop:
- When the output current is 100mA, the output voltage drop should not exceed 0.3V.
Input Voltage:
- The input voltage range should be between 0V and the supply voltage (Vcc).
Leakage Current:
- The input leakage current should not exceed 1.0μA when the input voltage is equal to the supply voltage.
- The output leakage current should not exceed 1.0μA when the output voltage is 0V.
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static damage.
- Follow proper soldering techniques to ensure reliable connections.
Mounting:
- Ensure proper heat dissipation if the device is expected to operate near its maximum power dissipation.
Testing:
- Test the device under specified conditions to ensure it meets the required performance parameters.
