Instructions for Use:
Supply Voltage:
- Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V to avoid damage to the device.
Input Levels:
- High-level input voltage (VIH) should be at least 2.0V and can go up to 5.5V.
- Low-level input voltage (VIL) should be no more than 0.8V.
Output Levels:
- High-level output voltage (VOH) will be at least 2.4V and can be as high as Vcc - 0.1V.
- Low-level output voltage (VOL) will be no more than 0.4V.
Current Ratings:
- High-level input current (IIH) should not exceed 20.0μA.
- Low-level input current (IIL) should not exceed 1.0μA.
- High-level output current (IOH) should not exceed -20.0mA.
- Low-level output current (IOL) should not exceed 24.0mA.
Propagation Delay:
- The low to high propagation delay time (tPLH) and high to low propagation delay time (tPHL) are both in the range of 9.0ns to 22.0ns.
Power Dissipation:
- The maximum power dissipation (PD) should not exceed 100.0mW.
Temperature Ranges:
- The operating temperature (Toper) should be between -40°C and 85°C.
- The storage temperature (Tstg) should be between -65°C and 150°C.
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the internal components.
- Follow standard ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions when handling and installing the device.
Mounting:
- Ensure proper mounting and soldering techniques to avoid thermal stress and mechanical damage.
- Use appropriate cooling methods if the device is expected to operate near its maximum power dissipation.
Testing:
- Test the device under specified conditions to ensure it meets the required performance parameters.
- Use compatible test equipment to avoid introducing noise or other disturbances that could affect the test results.
