    • Apply a gate-source voltage (VGS) of at least 2.0 V to turn on the device, with a typical threshold of 2.5 V.
    • For minimum on-state resistance, use a gate-source voltage of 10 V.
  4. Thermal Management:

    • The total power dissipation (PTOT) should not exceed 125 W at a case temperature of 25°C.
    • Ensure proper heat sinking to keep the junction temperature (TJ) below 175°C.
    • Store the device in an environment where the temperature ranges from -55°C to 150°C.
  5. Handling and Storage:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static damage.
    • Store the device in a dry, cool place within the specified storage temperature range.
  6. Safety Precautions:
