Instructions for Use

  1. Input Connection:

    • Connect the input voltage (VIN) to the positive terminal and ground (GND) to the negative terminal.
    • Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range (4.5V to 60V).
  2. Output Connection:

    • Connect the output voltage (VOUT) to the load and ground (GND) to the common ground.
    • The output voltage is fixed at 12V.
  3. Thermal Management:

    • Ensure proper heat dissipation to maintain the operating temperature within the specified range (-40°C to 85°C).
    • The device will shut down if the temperature exceeds 160°C.
  4. Load Regulation:

    • The load regulation is ±1%, ensuring stable output voltage over varying load conditions.
  5. Line Regulation:

    • The line regulation is ±1%, ensuring stable output voltage over varying input voltages.
  6. Ripple Voltage:

    • The ripple voltage should not exceed 50mVpp under normal operating conditions.
  7. Efficiency:

    • The efficiency is typically 85% under nominal conditions.
  8. Storage:

    • Store the device in a dry environment with temperatures between -40°C and 125°C.
  9. Switching Frequency:

    • The switching frequency is fixed at 300kHz.
  10. Quiescent Current:

    • The quiescent current is typically 2.5mA.
  11. Safety:

    • Always follow proper electrical safety procedures when handling and connecting the device.
    • Avoid short circuits and ensure all connections are secure.
  12. Testing:

    • Before deploying the device, test it under expected operating conditions to ensure proper functionality.
