- Under the same conditions as Vce(sat), the base-emitter saturation voltage should be between 0.7V and 0.9V.
Storage Temperature Range (Tstg):
- Store the device in an environment where the temperature ranges from -65°C to 150°C to ensure long-term reliability.
Operating Temperature Range (Topr):
- Operate the device within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C to maintain optimal performance.
