Instructions

1. Power Supply:

   • Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range (3V to 32V DC).
   • Connect the power supply to the appropriate input terminals.

2. Control Signals:

   • Apply control signals to the input pins to switch the SSR channels on or off.
   • Each channel can be controlled independently.

3. Load Connection:

   • Connect the load to the output terminals of the SSR.
   • Ensure the load voltage does not exceed 250V AC and the current does not exceed 2A per channel.

4. Isolation:

   • The input and output are electrically isolated by 2500V AC, providing protection against electrical surges.

5. Thermal Management:

   • Ensure adequate ventilation and cooling if operating at high temperatures or with high current loads.
   • Do not exceed the maximum operating temperature of +85°C.

6. Handling:

   • Handle the SM4004 with care to avoid damage to the pins and internal components.
   • Use proper anti-static precautions when handling the device.

7. Storage:

   • Store the device in a dry, cool place within the temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.

8. Testing:

   • Test the SSR in a controlled environment before deploying it in a live application.
   • Verify the correct operation of each channel using a multimeter or similar testing device.

9. Wiring:

   • Follow the wiring diagram provided in the datasheet to ensure correct connections.
   • Double-check all connections before applying power to the system.
