Instructions for Use:

  1. Voltage Ratings:

  4. Capacitance Considerations:

    • The input capacitance (Ciss) is typically 1450 pF.
    • The output capacitance (Coss) is typically 450 pF.
  5. Gate Drive:

    • The gate charge (QG) is approximately 10 nC. Ensure that the gate driver can handle this charge efficiently to minimize switching losses.
