Instructions for Use:

1. Mounting:

   • Ensure proper heat sinking to manage the junction temperature.
   • Use recommended mounting torque for screws to avoid damage.

2. Handling:

   • Handle with care to avoid mechanical stress.
   • Avoid exposing the device to excessive humidity or corrosive environments.

3. Electrical:

   • Do not exceed the maximum ratings under any operating conditions.
   • Ensure that the reverse voltage does not exceed 1000 V continuously.
   • Limit the forward current to 5 A continuously and 50 A for short pulses (t ≤ 10 ms, Duty Cycle 1%).

4. Thermal:

   • Monitor the junction temperature to ensure it remains within the specified range (-40°C to 150°C).
   • Use appropriate cooling methods such as heatsinks or forced air cooling.

5. Storage:

   • Store the device in a dry, cool place within the storage temperature range (-55°C to 150°C).

6. Testing:

   • Perform initial testing at low power levels to verify correct operation.
   • Follow all safety guidelines when handling high-voltage and high-current circuits.
