Instructions for Use:
Supply Voltage (VDD):
- Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
- Connect the VDD pin to the power source.
Output Voltage (VOUT):
- The output voltage is regulated to 3.3V with a tolerance of ±0.3V.
- Connect the VOUT pin to the load or circuit requiring the regulated voltage.
Ground Connection:
- Connect the GND pin to the common ground of the system to ensure proper operation.
Output Capacitor:
- Use a ceramic capacitor of at least 1μF on the VOUT pin to stabilize the output.
- Place the capacitor as close as possible to the VOUT and GND pins.
Input Capacitor:
- It is recommended to use a ceramic capacitor of at least 1μF on the VDD pin to filter input noise.
- Place the capacitor as close as possible to the VDD and GND pins.
Thermal Management:
- The device can operate up to 85°C ambient temperature.
- For higher ambient temperatures, ensure adequate heat dissipation by using a heatsink or providing good airflow.
Load Regulation:
- The load regulation is typically 0.1% but can vary up to 0.5% under extreme conditions.
- Ensure the load current does not exceed 200mA to maintain regulation.
Line Regulation:
- The line regulation is typically 0.1% but can vary up to 0.5% under extreme conditions.
- Ensure the input voltage remains stable to maintain regulation.
Storage Temperature:
- Store the device in a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C to avoid damage.
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge.
- Follow standard ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions when handling the device.
