Instructions for Use:

  1. Supply Voltage (VDD):

    • Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
    • Connect the VDD pin to the power source.
  2. Output Voltage (VOUT):

    • The output voltage is regulated to 3.3V with a tolerance of ±0.3V.
    • Connect the VOUT pin to the load or circuit requiring the regulated voltage.
  3. Ground Connection:

    • Connect the GND pin to the common ground of the system to ensure proper operation.
  4. Output Capacitor:

    • Use a ceramic capacitor of at least 1μF on the VOUT pin to stabilize the output.
    • Place the capacitor as close as possible to the VOUT and GND pins.
  5. Input Capacitor:

    • It is recommended to use a ceramic capacitor of at least 1μF on the VDD pin to filter input noise.
    • Place the capacitor as close as possible to the VDD and GND pins.
  6. Thermal Management:

    • The device can operate up to 85°C ambient temperature.
    • For higher ambient temperatures, ensure adequate heat dissipation by using a heatsink or providing good airflow.
  7. Load Regulation:

    • The load regulation is typically 0.1% but can vary up to 0.5% under extreme conditions.
    • Ensure the load current does not exceed 200mA to maintain regulation.
  8. Line Regulation:

    • The line regulation is typically 0.1% but can vary up to 0.5% under extreme conditions.
    • Ensure the input voltage remains stable to maintain regulation.
  9. Storage Temperature:

    • Store the device in a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C to avoid damage.
  10. Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge.
    • Follow standard ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions when handling the device.
