Instructions for Use
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
- Connect the ground (GND) pin to a stable 0V reference.
Input Signals:
- Apply input signals within the range of 0V to VCC.
- Ensure that the input leakage current (IIL) does not exceed ±1.0 μA.
Output Signals:
- The output high voltage (VOH) should be at least 2.4V when sourcing 0.4mA.
- The output low voltage (VOL) should be no more than 0.5V when sinking 8.0mA.
- Ensure that the output leakage current (IOL) does not exceed ±1.0 μA.
Propagation Delay:
- The propagation delay time (tpd) from input to output should be between 10ns and 30ns under standard conditions (VCC = 5V, TA = 25°C).
Thermal Management:
- The device can dissipate up to 100mW continuously.
- Ensure the operating temperature (TA) remains between -40°C and 85°C.
- Store the device in an environment where the temperature (TSTG) ranges from -65°C to 150°C.
