Instructions for Use

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
    • Connect the ground (GND) pin to a stable 0V reference.
  2. Input Signals:

    • Apply input signals within the range of 0V to VCC.

    • The output low voltage (VOL) should be no more than 0.5V when sinking 8.0mA.

  4. Propagation Delay:

    • The propagation delay time (tpd) from input to output should be between 10ns and 30ns under standard conditions (VCC = 5V, TA = 25°C).
  5. Thermal Management:

    • The device can dissipate up to 100mW continuously.
    • Ensure the operating temperature (TA) remains between -40°C and 85°C.
    • Store the device in an environment where the temperature (TSTG) ranges from -65°C to 150°C.
