Instructions for Use

1. Handling Precautions:

   • Handle the device with care to avoid mechanical damage.
   • Use proper ESD protection when handling the device to prevent electrostatic discharge damage.

2. Mounting:

   • Ensure that the device is mounted on a clean and flat surface.
   • Follow the recommended soldering profile to avoid thermal stress.
   • Use a heat sink if necessary to manage thermal dissipation.

3. Electrical Connections:

   • Connect the device according to the pinout diagram provided in the datasheet.
   • Ensure that the forward current (IF) does not exceed 20 mA to prevent damage.
   • Do not exceed the maximum reverse voltage (Vr) of 5 V.

4. Operating Conditions:

   • Operate the device within the specified temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).
   • Ensure that the power dissipation (Ptot) does not exceed 100 mW.

5. Testing:

   • Use a multimeter or appropriate test equipment to verify the forward voltage (Vf) and collector-emitter voltage (Vce).
   • Measure the rise and fall times to ensure they meet the specified values.

6. Storage:

   • Store the device in a dry and cool place.
   • Avoid exposure to high humidity and extreme temperatures.

7. Disposal:

   • Dispose of the device according to local environmental regulations.
