Instructions for Use:

    • Connect the emitter to the low-voltage side of the circuit.
    • The base is used to control the flow of current between the collector and emitter.
  4. Operating Conditions:

    • Ensure that the operating voltage and current do not exceed the maximum ratings.
    • Monitor the junction temperature to prevent overheating.
    • Use appropriate heat sinks to maintain the junction temperature within safe limits.
  5. Storage:

    • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
    • Handle with care to avoid damage to the leads and the semiconductor junction.
  6. Testing:

    • Use a multimeter to check for continuity and resistance between the leads.
