Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 3.0V to 5.5V.
- Connect the VCC pin to the positive supply and GND to the ground.
Input Connection:
- Connect the input signal to the Anode (A) and Cathode (K) pins.
- The input current (IF) should be between 5mA and 20mA for reliable operation.
Output Connection:
- Connect the load between the Output (O) pin and ground.
- The output can sink up to 15mA and source up to 10mA.
Temperature Considerations:
- Operate the device within the temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
- Store the device within the temperature range of -55°C to 125°C.
Isolation:
- The device provides an isolation voltage of up to 5000VRMS between the input and output sides.
Timing Parameters:
- Ensure that the propagation delay time (tPLH, tPHL) is within the specified range for proper signal transmission.
- The rise time (tr) and fall time (tf) should also be considered for high-speed applications.
Leakage Current:
