Instructions:

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure the relay is mounted on a suitable PCB or chassis.
    • Use appropriate connectors and soldering techniques to connect the relay.
  2. Power Supply:

    • Connect the coil terminals to a 5V DC power source.
    • Ensure the power supply can provide at least 70mA of current to the coil.
  3. Control:

    • To activate the relay, apply 5V DC to the coil terminals.
    • The relay will switch the contacts accordingly (NO to COM or NC to COM).
  4. Load Connection:

    • Connect the load to the NO (Normally Open) and COM (Common) terminals for normally open operation.
    • Connect the load to the NC (Normally Closed) and COM (Common) terminals for normally closed operation.
  5. Safety:

    • Do not exceed the maximum contact rating (10A @ 250V AC / 10A @ 30V DC).
    • Ensure proper insulation and spacing to avoid electrical hazards.
    • Store the relay in a dry, cool place when not in use.
  6. Testing:

    • Test the relay using a multimeter to verify the continuity of the contacts before and after activation.
    • Check the coil resistance to ensure it is within the expected range.
  7. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
    • Replace the relay if it fails to operate correctly or shows signs of malfunction.
