Instructions:
Installation:
- Ensure the relay is mounted on a suitable PCB or chassis.
- Use appropriate connectors and soldering techniques to connect the relay.
Power Supply:
- Connect the coil terminals to a 5V DC power source.
- Ensure the power supply can provide at least 70mA of current to the coil.
Control:
- To activate the relay, apply 5V DC to the coil terminals.
- The relay will switch the contacts accordingly (NO to COM or NC to COM).
Load Connection:
- Connect the load to the NO (Normally Open) and COM (Common) terminals for normally open operation.
- Connect the load to the NC (Normally Closed) and COM (Common) terminals for normally closed operation.
Safety:
- Do not exceed the maximum contact rating (10A @ 250V AC / 10A @ 30V DC).
- Ensure proper insulation and spacing to avoid electrical hazards.
- Store the relay in a dry, cool place when not in use.
Testing:
- Test the relay using a multimeter to verify the continuity of the contacts before and after activation.
- Check the coil resistance to ensure it is within the expected range.
Maintenance:
- Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
- Replace the relay if it fails to operate correctly or shows signs of malfunction.
