Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
    • The typical operating current (Icc) is 0.5mA at 5V with no load.
  2. Input Levels:

    • For a valid high input (VIH), the voltage should be between 2.0V and 5.5V.
    • For a valid low input (VIL), the voltage should be between 0.0V and 0.8V.
  3. Output Levels:

    • When the output is high (VOH), the voltage should be between 3.5V and 5.0V with a load current (IOH) of -1mA.
    • When the output is low (VOL), the voltage should be between 0.0V and 0.4V with a load current (IOL) of 16mA.
  4. Propagation Delay:

    • The propagation delay time from high to low (tPLH) and from low to high (tPHL) should be within 0 to 25ns when Vcc is 5V and the load capacitance (CL) is 15pF.
  5. Temperature:

    • The device can be stored in temperatures ranging from -55°C to 125°C.
  6. Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static damage. Use appropriate ESD protection measures.
    • Ensure that all connections are secure and free from short circuits or open circuits.
  7. Testing:

    • Before integrating the device into your circuit, test it under the specified conditions to ensure it meets the required performance parameters.
