Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
- The typical operating current (Icc) is 0.5mA at 5V with no load.
Input Levels:
- For a valid high input (VIH), the voltage should be between 2.0V and 5.5V.
- For a valid low input (VIL), the voltage should be between 0.0V and 0.8V.
Output Levels:
- When the output is high (VOH), the voltage should be between 3.5V and 5.0V with a load current (IOH) of -1mA.
- When the output is low (VOL), the voltage should be between 0.0V and 0.4V with a load current (IOL) of 16mA.
Propagation Delay:
- The propagation delay time from high to low (tPLH) and from low to high (tPHL) should be within 0 to 25ns when Vcc is 5V and the load capacitance (CL) is 15pF.
Temperature:
- The device can be stored in temperatures ranging from -55°C to 125°C.
Handling:
