Instructions for Use:

  1. Supply Voltage (Vcc):

    • Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V to avoid damage to the device.
  2. Standby Current (Icc(s)):

    • The device consumes approximately 20μA in standby mode. This is useful for low-power applications.
  3. Operating Current (Icc(o)):

    • During active operation, the device can draw up to 150mA. Ensure your power supply can handle this current.
  4. Output Voltage Levels:

    • The output high voltage (VOH) should be at least 2.4V and can go up to the supply voltage (Vcc).
    • The output low voltage (VOL) should not exceed 0.4V.
  5. Input Voltage Levels:

    • The input high voltage (VIH) should be at least 2.0V and can go up to the supply voltage (Vcc).
    • The input low voltage (VIL) should not exceed 0.8V.
  6. Propagation Delay Time (tpd):
