Instructions for Use:
Supply Voltage (Vcc):
- Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V to avoid damage to the device.
Standby Current (Icc(s)):
- The device consumes approximately 20μA in standby mode. This is useful for low-power applications.
Operating Current (Icc(o)):
- During active operation, the device can draw up to 150mA. Ensure your power supply can handle this current.
Output Voltage Levels:
- The output high voltage (VOH) should be at least 2.4V and can go up to the supply voltage (Vcc).
- The output low voltage (VOL) should not exceed 0.4V.
Input Voltage Levels:
- The input high voltage (VIH) should be at least 2.0V and can go up to the supply voltage (Vcc).
- The input low voltage (VIL) should not exceed 0.8V.
Propagation Delay Time (tpd):
- The propagation delay time is the time it takes for a change in the input to affect the output. It ranges from 5ns to 15ns.
Power-down Time (tpdw):
- The time it takes for the device to enter power-down mode is between 5ns and 15ns.
Output Enable/Disable Times (toeh, toel):
- The output enable time (toeh) and output disable time (toel) are both between 5ns and 15ns.
Operating Temperature (Toper):
- The device is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
Storage Temperature (Tstg):
- When the device is not in use, it should be stored within a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
