Instructions for SN7416N:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 4.75V to 5.25V.
    • Connect the ground (GND) pin to a stable 0V reference.
  2. Input Signals:

    • Apply input signals such that the low level (VIL) is between 0V and 0.8V, and the high level (VIH) is between 2.0V and VCC.
  3. Output Signals:

    • The output low voltage (VOL) should not exceed 0.4V when sinking current.
    • The output high voltage (VOH) should be at least 2.4V when sourcing current, but not more than VCC - 0.1V.
  4. Current Ratings:

    • The input leakage current (IIL) should be within ±1.0mA.
    • The output can sink up to 16mA (IOL) and source up to 8mA (IOH).
  5. Propagation Delay:

    • The propagation delay time (tpd) should be between 10ns and 35ns under typical conditions.

    • Ensure the total power dissipation (PD) does not exceed 500mW to avoid overheating.
  7. Handling:
