Instructions for Use:

  1. Power Supply:

    • Connect the supply voltage (VDD) to the appropriate power source within the range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
    • Ensure the supply voltage is stable to avoid any operational issues.
  2. Enable Pin:

    • The enable pin (EN) controls the operation of the device.
    • Set EN to a high level (≥1.8V) to activate the device.
    • Set EN to a low level (≤0.8V) to put the device into shutdown mode, reducing the current consumption to 0.1μA.

    • The output signal (VOUT) will be available at the output pin. The output voltage can also range from 0V to VDD.
  4. Thermal Management:

    • Monitor the temperature to ensure it does not exceed 150°C, which could trigger thermal shutdown.
    • If operating in high-temperature environments, consider additional cooling measures.
  5. Storage:

    • Store the device in an environment with a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C to prevent damage.
  6. Handling:

    • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage sensitive components.
    • Follow standard ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions during handling and assembly.
  7. Testing:

    • Before integrating the device into a circuit, test its functionality using a simple test setup to ensure proper operation.
