Instructions:

  1. Installation:

    • Ensure the relay is installed on a suitable PCB with proper clearance from other components.
    • Solder the terminals to the PCB according to the pinout diagram provided.
  2. Coil Connection:

    • Connect the coil terminals to the appropriate 24V DC power supply.
    • Ensure the polarity is correct to avoid damage to the relay.
  3. Contact Connection:

    • Connect the common (COM), normally open (NO), and normally closed (NC) contacts to the circuit as required.
    • Ensure the load does not exceed the contact rating to prevent premature failure.
  4. Operation:

    • When the coil is energized, the common contact will switch from the normally closed (NC) position to the normally open (NO) position.
    • When the coil is de-energized, the common contact will return to the normally closed (NC) position.
  5. Environmental Considerations:

    • Operate the relay within the specified temperature range to ensure reliable performance.
    • Store the relay in a dry environment to prevent corrosion.
  6. Maintenance:

    • Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
    • Replace the relay if it shows any signs of malfunction or if it has reached its electrical life limit.
  7. Safety:

    • Always disconnect power before handling the relay to avoid electric shock.
    • Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working with electrical components.
