Instructions for Use:

1. Supply Voltage (V_CC):

   • Ensure the supply voltage is within the range of 2.0 V to 6.0 V.
   • Avoid exceeding these limits to prevent damage to the device.

2. Input Voltage Levels:

   • For a logic low input, ensure the voltage is below 0.3 * V_CC.
   • For a logic high input, ensure the voltage is above 0.7 * V_CC.

3. Output Voltage Levels:

   • When the output is low, it should be between 0.1 V and 0.4 V.
   • When the output is high, it should be between 2.4 V and V_CC - 0.1 V.

4. Current Ratings:

   • The maximum output current when the output is low (I_OL) is 4 mA.
   • The maximum output current when the output is high (I_OH) is -0.4 mA.
   • Input leakage current (I_IL) should not exceed ±1 μA.
   • Output leakage current (I_OL) should not exceed ±5 μA.

5. Propagation Delay:

   • The propagation delay time (t_pd) at V_CC = 4.5 V and T_A = 25°C is typically 18 ns.

6. Power Dissipation:

   • The maximum power dissipation (P_D) should not exceed 100 mW to avoid overheating.

7. Handling:

   • Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge which can damage the IC.
   • Store and transport the device in anti-static packaging.

8. Layout Considerations:

   • Use decoupling capacitors close to the V_CC and GND pins to reduce noise and improve stability.
   • Ensure proper grounding and power distribution to maintain reliable operation.

9. Environmental Conditions:

   • Operate the device within the specified temperature range to ensure reliable performance.
   • Protect the device from excessive humidity and contaminants that could affect its operation.
