   • Ensure that the maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (V_RSM) does not exceed 600V.
   • The maximum DC blocking voltage (V_R) should not exceed 500V.

2. Current Handling:

   • The maximum average rectified forward current (I_F(AV)) at a case temperature of 75°C is 5.0A.
   • The maximum RMS current (I_F(RMS)) at a case temperature of 75°C is 7.07A.
   • For non-repetitive peak surge currents, do not exceed 200A.

3. Temperature Considerations:

   • The junction operating temperature range (T_J) is from -55°C to 175°C.
   • Store the device within the storage temperature range (T_STG) of -65°C to 150°C.

4. Mounting and Handling:

   • Handle the device with care to avoid mechanical damage.
   • Ensure proper thermal management to prevent overheating, especially when operating near the maximum current and temperature limits.

5. Soldering:

   • Follow recommended soldering profiles to avoid thermal shock and damage to the device.
   • Allow adequate cooling time after soldering to ensure proper bonding and minimize stress on the component.

6. Testing:

   • Perform initial testing under controlled conditions to verify performance and ensure compliance with specified parameters.
   • Regularly monitor the device during operation to detect any signs of degradation or failure.

7. Storage:

   • Store the device in a dry, cool environment to prevent moisture damage and extend shelf life.
