Instructions for Using ZMPT101B
Installation:
- Ensure the input voltage is within the specified range (0 to 600V AC).
- Connect the input terminals to the AC power source.
- Connect the output terminals to your measuring device or microcontroller.
Calibration:
- Use a known reference voltage to calibrate the output.
- Adjust the potentiometer on the ZMPT101B to achieve the desired output range (-2.5V to +2.5V).
Operation:
- The module will convert the AC input voltage to a proportional DC output voltage.
- Monitor the output voltage to ensure it remains within the expected range.
- If the output voltage is not as expected, recheck the connections and calibration.
Safety Precautions:
- Do not exceed the maximum input voltage to avoid damage.
- Ensure proper insulation and grounding to prevent electrical hazards.
- Avoid operating the module in environments with extreme temperatures or humidity.
Troubleshooting:
- If the output voltage is zero, check the input connections and ensure the power source is active.
- If the output voltage is erratic, check for loose connections or interference.
- If the module does not respond, verify the calibration settings and reset if necessary.
Storage:
- Store the module in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep the module in its original packaging to protect it from static and physical damage.
