Instructions for Use:

1. Power Supply:

   • Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the range of 4.5V to 5.5V.
   • Connect the Vcc pin to the positive power supply and the GND pin to ground.

2. Standby Mode:

   • To enter standby mode, set Vpp to 0V. The device will consume approximately 20μA in this state.

3. Active Mode:

   • In active mode, the device consumes approximately 20mA at a clock frequency of 1MHz.

4. Timing:

   • The access time (tAC) is 70ns when Vcc is 5V. Ensure your system can handle this delay.

5. Output Levels:

   • The output high level (VOH) should be at least 2.4V and no more than Vcc - 0.3V.
   • The output low level (VOL) should not exceed 0.4V.

6. Input Levels:

   • The input low level (VIL) should not exceed 0.8V.
   • The input high level (VIH) should be at least 2.0V.

7. Data Retention:

   • The device retains data for up to 10 years under normal operating conditions.

8. Temperature:

   • The operating temperature range is from -40°C to +85°C.
   • The storage temperature range is from -65°C to +150°C.

9. Handling:

   • Handle the device with care to avoid static damage. Use proper ESD protection.

10. Mounting:

    • Follow standard surface mount technology (SMT) procedures for mounting the device on a PCB. Ensure proper soldering and alignment.
