Instructions for Use
Power Supply:
- Ensure that the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the specified range of 3.3V ± 5%.
- Connect the ground (GND) pin to a stable ground reference.
Configuration:
- Use one of the supported configuration methods: JTAG, Active Serial (AS), or Passive Serial (PS).
- For JTAG, connect the TDI, TDO, TCK, and TMS pins to the JTAG interface.
- For AS, connect the AS_DATA, AS_CLK, and AS_DCLK pins to the configuration source.
- For PS, connect the PS_DATA and PS_CLK pins to the configuration source.
Programming:
- Use a compatible programmer or software to load the configuration file.
- Ensure the programming voltage is set to 3.3V.
- The typical programming time is 20 ms for a full configuration.
Operating Conditions:
- Operate the device within the specified temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
- Avoid exceeding the maximum operating frequency of 181 MHz to prevent performance issues.
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid ESD damage.
- Store the device in an ESD-protected environment when not in use.
Testing:
- After programming, verify the functionality of the device using appropriate test vectors.
- Monitor power consumption and ensure it does not exceed the specified active power of 1.5 W (typical).
Documentation:
- Refer to the datasheet and user manual for detailed information on pinouts, timing diagrams, and advanced features.
