Supply Voltage:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
- Connect VCC to the power supply and GND to ground.
Output Voltage:
- The output voltage (VOUT) is directly proportional to the temperature.
- For the LM60CIM3/NOPB, the output voltage is typically 0.77V at 0°C and increases by 19.5mV per degree Celsius.
Temperature Range:
- The device operates over a temperature range from -40°C to 125°C.
- Ensure that the junction temperature (Tj) does not exceed 125°C to avoid damage.
Quiescent Current:
