The ULN2003ADR is an integrated circuit made by Texas Instruments. It is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs that feature high-voltage outputs with common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. The ULN2003ADR is designed for use in applications that require high-voltage and high-current capability such as relay and lamp drivers, line drivers, and logic buffers. It is also suitable for use in logic-level conversion, memory address drivers, and high-voltage/high-current switching. The ULN2003ADR is available in a 16-pin DIP package. It operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It has a wide operating voltage range of 4.5V to 18V and can handle up to 500mA of current. (For reference only)
