Instructions
Installation:
- Ensure that the relay is installed in a well-ventilated area to prevent overheating.
- Mount the relay on a flat, stable surface using the provided mounting holes.
Wiring:
- Connect the coil terminals to the appropriate control circuit.
- Connect the common (COM), normally open (NO), and normally closed (NC) contacts to the load and power supply according to the desired switching function.
Power Supply:
- Apply the rated coil voltage to energize the relay.
- Ensure that the voltage and current ratings of the load do not exceed the contact ratings of the relay.
Operation:
- When the coil is energized, the normally open (NO) contact will close, and the normally closed (NC) contact will open.
- When the coil is de-energized, the contacts will return to their default positions.
Maintenance:
- Regularly inspect the relay for signs of wear or damage.
- Clean the relay contacts with a dry, lint-free cloth if necessary.
Safety:
- Do not exceed the maximum voltage and current ratings.
- Ensure proper grounding of the relay and associated circuits.
- Use appropriate fuses or circuit breakers to protect against overcurrent conditions.
Storage:
- Store the relay in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and corrosive substances.
