   • Test the gate threshold voltage (Vgs(th)) and other electrical parameters as specified in the datasheet.

6. Operation:

   • Ensure the operating conditions (voltage, current, temperature) do not exceed the maximum ratings.
   • Use appropriate gate drive circuits to ensure reliable operation.

7. Safety:

   • Always follow safety guidelines when handling high-voltage components.
   • Use protective equipment such as gloves and goggles when necessary.
