Instructions for Use
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (VCC) is within the specified range of 4.75V to 5.25V.
- Connect the ground (GND) pin to a stable 0V reference.
Input Signals:
- Apply input signals such that the high level (VIH) is at least 2.0V and the low level (VIL) is no more than 0.8V.
- Avoid floating inputs; use pull-up or pull-down resistors if necessary.
Output Signals:
- The output high level (VOH) will be at least 2.4V when the output current (IO) is -0.4mA.
- The output low level (VOL) will be no more than 0.5V when the output current (IO) is 16mA.
Propagation Delay:
- The typical propagation delay time (tpd) is 30ns under standard conditions (VCC = 5V, TA = 25°C).
Thermal Management:
- Ensure the device does not exceed the maximum power dissipation of 100mW to avoid overheating.
- Operate the device within the commercial temperature range of 0°C to 70°C for reliable performance.
Storage:
- Store the device in an environment with temperatures between -55°C and 150°C to prevent damage.
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the internal circuits.
- Use appropriate ESD protection measures when handling the device.
Mounting:
- Ensure proper soldering and mounting techniques to avoid mechanical stress on the pins and the device itself.
