Instructions for Use:

1. Handling:

   • Handle with care to avoid damage to the leads or body.
   • Use appropriate ESD protection to prevent damage from static electricity.

2. Soldering:

   • Preheat the PCB to 100°C to 120°C before soldering.
   • Soldering temperature should not exceed 350°C.
   • Soldering time should not exceed 3 seconds per joint.

3. Mounting:

   • Ensure proper alignment of the component on the PCB.
   • Apply thermal paste between the heatsink and the component if necessary to improve heat dissipation.
   • Tighten the mounting screw to the recommended torque (typically 1.5 to 2.0 Nm).

4. Operation:

   • Ensure that the operating voltage and current do not exceed the maximum ratings.
   • Use appropriate heatsinking to maintain the junction temperature within the specified range.
   • Monitor the temperature during operation to prevent overheating.

5. Testing:

   • Test the component using a suitable MOSFET tester or multimeter to ensure it is functioning correctly.
   • Verify the continuity and resistance values as per the datasheet specifications.

6. Storage:

   • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
   • Keep in original packaging until ready for use to protect from ESD.

7. Disposal:

   • Dispose of the component according to local environmental regulations.
   • Do not incinerate or dispose of in regular trash.
