Instructions:

1. Handling:

   • Handle with care to avoid damage to the leads or the body.
   • Use appropriate ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions to prevent damage from static electricity.

2. Mounting:

   • Ensure the mounting surface is clean and flat.
   • Apply a thin, even layer of thermal compound to improve heat dissipation.
   • Tighten the mounting screw to the recommended torque value to avoid over-tightening and potential damage.

3. Soldering:

   • Preheat the component and PCB to reduce thermal shock.
   • Use a soldering iron with a temperature between 350°C to 400°C.
   • Solder each lead for no more than 3 seconds to avoid overheating.
   • Allow the component to cool naturally after soldering.

4. Operation:

   • Do not exceed the maximum voltage and current ratings.
   • Ensure adequate cooling, such as a heatsink, to maintain the junction temperature within safe limits.
   • Monitor the device during operation to ensure it is functioning correctly.

5. Storage:

   • Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
   • Keep in original packaging until ready for use to protect from moisture and physical damage.
