Instructions for Use:

1. Mounting:

   • Ensure the F30U60S is mounted on a heatsink to dissipate heat effectively.
   • Use thermal paste between the device and the heatsink for better thermal conductivity.

2. Wiring:

   • Connect the anode (A) and cathode (K) terminals correctly to avoid reverse polarity which can damage the diode.
   • Use short and thick wires to minimize inductance and resistance.

3. Heat Management:

   • Monitor the junction temperature to ensure it stays within the operating range (-55°C to 175°C).
   • Use forced air cooling or a larger heatsink if necessary to manage heat dissipation.

4. Surge Current:

   • The diode can handle a non-repetitive peak surge current of up to 200 A. Ensure that any transient currents do not exceed this limit to prevent damage.

5. Voltage Handling:

   • The maximum repetitive peak off-state voltage is 600 V. Ensure that the circuit does not subject the diode to voltages higher than this to avoid breakdown.

6. Storage:

   • Store the diode in a dry environment within the temperature range of -55°C to 150°C to maintain its performance and reliability.

7. Handling:

   • Handle the diode with care to avoid mechanical stress or damage to the leads.
   • Use appropriate ESD protection when handling to prevent electrostatic discharge damage.

8. Testing:

   • Before installing the diode in a circuit, test it using a multimeter or diode tester to ensure it is functioning correctly.

9. Compliance:
