Voltage Ratings:
- Ensure that the drain-source voltage (VDS) does not exceed 55V.
- The gate-source voltage (VGS) should be kept between -10V and 20V to avoid damage to the device.
Current Handling:
- The continuous drain current (ID) should not exceed 5.5A under standard conditions (VDS = 5V, VGS = 10V, TA = 25°C).
Power Dissipation:
- The maximum power dissipation (PD) is 65W at a case temperature (TC) of 25°C. Proper heat sinking may be required for higher power applications.
Temperature Considerations:
- The junction temperature (TJ) should not exceed 150°C.
- Store the device in an environment with temperatures ranging from -55°C to 150°C.
Capacitance Parameters:
- Be aware of the input capacitance (Ciss), output capacitance (Coss), and reverse transfer capacitance (Crss) when designing circuits, as they can affect switching performance.
Handling Precautions:
