    • Use appropriate heatsinking to manage thermal resistance, aiming for a thermal resistance of 1.5°C/W from junction to case.
  4. Reverse Recovery:

    • Be aware of the reverse recovery time of 60ns, which can affect performance in high-frequency applications.
  5. Storage:

    • Store the device in a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C to ensure long-term reliability.
  6. Forward Voltage:

    • At the rated forward current of 7A and a junction temperature of 25°C, the forward voltage drop is typically 1.3V.
  7. Mounting:

    • Ensure proper mounting to avoid mechanical stress and ensure good thermal contact with the heatsink.
  8. Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection:
