Instructions for Use:

1. Handling Precautions:

   • Handle the STP60NF10 with care to avoid damage to the leads and the die.
   • Use appropriate ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection to prevent damage from static electricity.

2. Mounting:

   • Follow the recommended PCB layout guidelines to minimize parasitic inductances and improve performance.

3. Biasing:

   • Apply the gate voltage (V_GS) within the specified limits to avoid damaging the device.
   • Ensure that the gate-source voltage does not exceed ±15V to prevent gate oxide breakdown.

   • Operate the device within the specified drain-source voltage (V_DS) and continuous drain current (I_D) limits.
   • Monitor the junction temperature (T_J) to ensure it stays within the safe operating range (-55°C to 175°C).
