Instructions:

1. Preparation:

   • Ensure that the wire gauge is within the specified range (14-22 AWG).
   • Strip the insulation from the wire to expose the conductor.

2. Mounting:

   • Insert the terminal block into the PCB holes.
   • Solder the terminal block to the PCB, ensuring a secure connection.

3. Wiring:

   • Loosen the screw terminals.
   • Insert the stripped wire into the terminal.
   • Tighten the screw to secure the wire.

4. Inspection:

   • Verify that the wires are securely fastened and not touching adjacent terminals.
   • Check for any exposed conductors or loose connections.

5. Operation:

   • Ensure the operating temperature is within the specified range (-40°C to 85°C).
   • Do not exceed the current rating of 12 A or the voltage rating of 300 V.

6. Maintenance:

   • Periodically inspect the terminal block for signs of wear or damage.
   • Retighten screws if necessary to maintain a secure connection.
