Instructions for Use:

1. Handling Precautions:

   • Handle with care to avoid mechanical damage.
   • Avoid exposure to high humidity and corrosive environments.

2. Soldering:

   • Use a soldering iron with a temperature setting between 260°C and 300°C.
   • Soldering time should not exceed 10 seconds per joint.
   • Allow the component to cool naturally after soldering.

3. Storage:

   • Store in a dry, cool place.
   • Use within 6 months from the date of receipt for optimal performance.

4. Electrical Testing:

   • Ensure that the test equipment is calibrated and within its operational range.
   • Apply forward voltage (Vf) and reverse voltage (Vr) as specified in the table.
   • Measure the forward current (If) and reverse current (Irm) to verify functionality.

5. PCB Layout:

   • Ensure proper spacing and orientation on the PCB to avoid short circuits.
   • Use thermal vias if necessary to manage heat dissipation.

6. Environmental Considerations:

   • The component is designed to operate within the specified temperature range.
   • Avoid exposing the component to extreme temperatures or rapid temperature changes.

7. Disposal:

   • Dispose of the component in accordance with local environmental regulations.
