Instructions for Use:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the supply voltage (Vcc) is within the specified range of 2.5V to 3.6V.
- The data retention voltage should be between 1.7V and 3.6V.
Pin Configuration:
- Refer to the pinout diagram in the datasheet to correctly connect the device.
- Connect the Vcc pin to the power supply and GND to ground.
Signal Timing:
- Ensure that the access time (tAC) is at least 12 ns from the latch to output valid.
- Maintain a minimum cycle time (tCYC) of 15 ns.
- The output enable time (tOE) from CE# or OE# low should be at least 5 ns.
- The write recovery time (tWR) must be at least 10 ns.
Power-down Mode:
- To enter power-down mode, set the chip enable (CE#) high. This reduces power consumption.
Temperature Considerations:
- Operate the device within the industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
- Store the device within the storage temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
Current Consumption:
- Monitor the standby current, which should not exceed 20 μA at Vcc = 3.6V.
- The active current should be within 100 mA at Vcc = 3.6V and a frequency of 10 MHz.
Handling Precautions:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge.
- Follow the recommended soldering and mounting procedures to ensure reliable operation.
