Instructions for Use:
- Power Supply: Ensure the supply voltage (VDD) is within the range of 2.7V to 5.5V.
- Temperature Considerations: The device operates reliably between -40°C and 125°C. Store the device between -65°C and 150°C.
- Output Current: When driving loads, ensure the output current does not exceed 15mA for high outputs and -16mA for low outputs at VDD = 5V and TA = 25°C.
- Input Leakage: Be aware of input leakage currents, which can affect the stability of the input signals. Use appropriate pull-up or pull-down resistors if necessary.
- Propagation Delay: Account for the propagation delay time (tpd) of 2 to 6 nanoseconds when designing timing-sensitive circuits.
- Power Dissipation: Each output pin should not dissipate more than 100mW to avoid overheating.
- Junction Temperature: Monitor the junction temperature (TJ) to ensure it does not exceed 150°C to prevent damage to the device.
