Instructions:
Power Supply:
- Ensure the device is powered within the specified operating voltage range (4.5 V to 5.5 V).
- Connect the Vcc pin to the positive supply and the GND pin to the ground.
Programming:
- Apply the programming voltage (Vpp) of 12.0 V ± 0.5 V to the appropriate pin.
- Use a compatible programmer to load the desired configuration into the device.
- The typical program cycle time is 3 ms.
Erasing:
- To erase the device, apply the programming voltage (Vpp) and use the erase command in the programmer.
- The typical erasure time is 1 second.
Operating Conditions:
- Operate the device within the specified temperature range (-40°C to +85°C) to ensure reliable performance.
- Store the device within the storage temperature range (-65°C to +150°C) to prevent damage.
Handling:
- Handle the device with care to avoid static discharge, which can damage the internal circuitry.
- Use proper ESD protection measures when handling the device.
Testing:
- After programming, verify the configuration using a compatible tester or by testing the device in a known good circuit.
Mounting:
- Solder the device to the PCB using standard reflow soldering techniques.
- Ensure the leads are properly aligned and securely soldered to the PCB pads.
Data Retention:
- The device retains data for a minimum of 10 years under specified operating conditions. Store the device in a dry, cool environment to maximize data retention.
Power Consumption:
- Monitor the power consumption to ensure it does not exceed 100 mW to avoid overheating and potential damage.
Propagation Delay:
- Account for the propagation delay time of 10 ns (maximum) in your circuit design to ensure proper timing and synchronization.
